LocalGovHub is a product and services company operating within the local government technology sector. We are a division/affiliate of Harris Computer, a technology company serving public sector clients. Our website is used to provide information about our products and services, generate sales interest, and schedule product demonstrations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Wix stores personal information in data centers located in the United States of America and Ireland. Wix group companies and third-party service providers that store or process personal information on Wix's behalf are contractually committed to keep it protected and secured, in accordance with industry standards.

We do not process any online payments. We do not collect or store credit card or banking information through this Site.

8. GOOGLE ANALYTICS, ZOHO PAGESENSE, AND WIX APP MARKET TOOLS

We utilize several third-party analytics and marketing optimization tools on this Site. Each of these tools may place cookies, use local storage objects, or employ other tracking technologies to collect and process visitor data. Below is a description of each tool we use, what it collects, and where you can learn more about its privacy practices.​

A. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics collects information about how you use our Site, including pages visited, time spent, clicks, and general location data derived from your IP address. B. Zoho PageSense

We use Zoho PageSense, a conversion rate optimization and visitor behavior analytics tool provided by Zoho Corporation. PageSense uses cookies to identify individual visitors and their behavior on your website. These cookies determine whether the visitor is part of an experiment, track visitor views over a variation, serve the same variation to the visitor consistently over multiple visits, and track completed goals.

Zoho PageSense uses different types of cookies, local storage objects, and similar technologies, each storing a different set of data. Importantly, PageSense's activities, like tracking visitor behavior on websites, generate data that's considered private under applicable privacy law. All tracked data is stored with anonymized IP addresses, so it can be captured and processed without infringing on visitors' data privacy.

As part of our use of Zoho PageSense, we have posted and abide by this Privacy Policy, which provides notice of our use of cookies that are used to collect data.

C. Zoho Marketing Plus (Analytics & Campaigns)

We use Zoho Marketing Plus, Zoho's integrated marketing platform, which includes marketing analytics and campaign management capabilities. Zoho Marketing Plus activities — including tracking visitor behavior on websites, collecting contact information through online forms, and targeting specific website visitors to send marketing campaigns — generate data that is considered personal under applicable privacy law.

Zoho Marketing Plus is governed by Zoho's broader privacy and security commitments. Zoho does not sell any personal information and shares your information only in the ways described in their Privacy Policy, and only with parties who adopt appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Additionally, Zoho encrypts customer data at rest using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).

Please note that it is considered best compliance practice to list Zoho as a data sub-processor in your privacy policy to ensure transparency and compliance. We do so here by acknowledging Zoho Corporation as a third-party data sub-processor used in connection with our marketing and analytics activities.

D. Other Wix App Market Tools

We may also use other applications available through the Wix App Market. Such third-party apps may place cookies or utilize other tracking technologies through Wix's services and may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. The data collected by the third-party tools described above — including Zoho PageSense, Zoho Marketing Plus, and Google Analytics — is governed by each provider's own privacy policy. Their data collection and storage practices are separate from those of LocalGovHub and are not covered by this Privacy Policy alone. We encourage you to review each provider's policy using the links provided above.

9. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING OPT-OUT

We communicate with interested parties and customers via marketing platforms, email, and phone using information submitted through our online interest forms. These communications may include:

  • Sales outreach

  • Product updates and promotions

  • Marketing campaign messages

  • General company announcements

 

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by:

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA / CPRA)

As of January 1, 2026, new regulations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) took effect, significantly expanding compliance requirements. The CCPA is considered one of the most expansive U.S. privacy laws to date, imposing strict restrictions on how businesses collect, use, disclose, and retain consumers' personal information, while granting consumers extensive new rights.

The CCPA/CPRA is not only aimed at businesses based in California — it is aimed at any business that processes the personal information of consumers in California.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and will substantively respond within 45 calendar days. We may extend this deadline by another 45 days (90 days total) if we notify you.

We establish processes to respond to consumer rights requests within 45 days of receipt.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including for sales follow-up, active marketing campaigns, and legal compliance obligations. Employees designated to handle consumer rights requests are trained appropriately, and we maintain documentation of the processing of such requests for a period of 24 months.

Wix regularly monitors its systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and seeks new third-party services to secure the platform and enhance privacy.

While we and our platform provider implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

13. PROHIBITION ON AUTOMATED DATA COLLECTION

Unauthorized automated access to this site — including data scraping, crawling, harvesting, or any other automated extraction of content or data — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from LocalGov or its products. This prohibition applies regardless of the method or tool used and whether the data collected is publicly visible or not.

Violations of this policy may constitute a breach of these Terms of Use and may expose the offending party to legal liability under applicable federal and state law, including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA).

14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, use, sell, or share the personal information of children under the age of 16.
