Our team brings a combined wealth of over 78 years of experience across a variety of domains, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the software expertise for which we are known. With extensive backgrounds in client services, project management, software development, and technical services, our leaders are dedicated to driving exceptional service to customers.
Their involvement spans our full suite of products—from public sector services and strategic planning to operational leadership. This enables them to guide teams and collaborate effectively with clients to meet their needs. Known for their hands-on approach and collaborative leadership, they are focused on continuously improving our processes and delivering solutions that make a real impact.

Beth is a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in client services, including eight years in executive leadership. She joined LocalGov as Vice President of Client Services in 2023 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in April 2025 in recognition of her expanded impact and leadership across the organization. In her client services role, Beth oversaw all aspects of client relations, service delivery, and customer support across multiple product lines.
Through this experience, she has developed deep familiarity with LocalGov’s customer base and has spent the past year broadening her reach to support the success of the organization as a whole. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Beth readily engages directly with customers to resolve complex challenges and drive measurable results. Her promotion reflects not only her commitment to customer success, but also her ability to influence and champion improvements beyond client services.
Beth is passionate about empowering public sector leaders through mission-critical software solutions that support fund accounting, human resources, regulatory compliance, and billing.

Robert began his career in the computer industry in 1980 as a mid-range computer operator. Over time, he transitioned into sales and technical roles, gaining broad experience across the industry.

Following the Harris acquisition in 2017, Robert moved into a management position where he gained responsibilities in financial oversight and supporting the integration of newly acquired companies. In 2020, he led the LocalGov Server Team, focusing on modernizing and consolidating on-premise servers and hardware infrastructure. By 2022, Robert was appointed Vice President of Operations for county services and continues in this role today.

Kristin brings years of experience in improving workflows, supporting teams, and creating clear, organized processes. She has built ticketing systems, helped managers define KPIs, and streamlined operations to ensure teams stay supported and efficient. Known for stepping into unclear processes and creating structure, Kristin focuses on solutions that work well for everyone.
She's energized by working with new teams and values clear communication, positive support, and strong relationships. Her goal is to help teams work smoothly and confidently as they grow together.

Ronnie Parker is the current R&D Manager for S&W, Delta, and IMS, bringing 38 years of hands-on experience in both the business and programming sides of the industry. After earning a degree in Computer Science in the summer of 1987, Ronnie began his career at Interscience/S&W, initially working on the peripheral side of the business. By 1992, he transitioned into a developer/programmer role at S&W, where he became instrumental in leading major technology initiatives.
Over the past three decades, Ronnie has overseen and directed numerous critical projects, including the mandates and complete rewrites of Motor Vehicle, Voter, and Boat Registration systems, as well as Business Licensing platforms. His leadership and deep domain knowledge have helped drive innovation and modernization across these core government services.
Outside of work, Ronnie has a passion for antique automobiles, combining his appreciation for classic craftsmanship with a lifelong interest in engineering and mechanics.

Marcus is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in client services, project management, and account management.
Having previous experience as Manager of Client Services for School Nutrition Solutions, he is currently serving as Director of Special Products at LocalGov.
Marcus possesses a strong background in managing and delivering services within the public sector.

Kim is a creative leader with 15+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and art direction. She has built brands, launched websites, led creative teams, and developed campaigns that drive engagement and growth. From SaaS to startups, she translates business goals into strong visual strategies.

Kim is also a practiced project manager and start-up/small business developer, known for her operational know-how and “make it work” mindset. She thrives in fast-paced environments where creativity and strategy meet, bringing clarity and collaboration to every project—whether it’s leading a rebrand, managing a product launch, or developing multi-channel marketing assets.

Jenny Falgout is the Business Development Executive at Harris LocalGov, where she drives new business opportunities and strategically advises clients on enhancing their software and solution portfolios.
With more than 15 years of proven sales expertise, Jenny brings a dynamic, results-driven approach to every client relationship. She excels at identifying needs, crafting tailored solutions, and applying a strategic mindset with a strong sense of urgency to deliver exceptional value and follow-through.

Chad has been part of the Harris family for the past 24 years, dedicating most of that time to serving customers with care and integrity. He strongly believes in Harris’ 10 core values and does his best to live them daily. Chad finds genuine satisfaction in exceeding expectations and making someone’s day just a little bit better.
Focused on our customers, he approaches every challenge as an opportunity to grow, improve, and deliver more value. With a service-first mindset and a passion for people, Chad continues to be a trusted and positive presence within Solutions/HLG.
