Comprehensive Help Desk
Our centralized help desk is provided to our customers for immediate access to problem resolution for all of CAI's software systems. Each team member who is part of our help desk spends many months in training in order to become proficient in the many areas they support. Our automated help desk software provides thorough tracking and a comprehensive knowledge database as well as analytical reporting tools.
These tools allow us to determine what resources are required in which areas of system support.

Remote Support
Remote support provides immediate resolution to your computer needs.
A reliable connection between CAI and the customer via VPN (Virtual Private Network), allows us to troubleshoot, diagnose, configure, and resolve many hardware and software issues immediately. In addition, most software upgrades are available via “Software Delivery,” which delivers various software packages directly to designated machines.
This approach is not only quick and convenient but also eliminates travel time and expense charges.
