Our Technical Support Teams
Our Technical Services team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of both hardware and software across our customer base. Offering hands-on support to local government offices, they handle everything from day-to-day technical troubleshooting to more complex issues involving system performance and integrations. In addition to providing software support, the team also specializes in Imaging services, ensuring that all document management needs are met efficiently.

A US Veteran and seasoned IT professional with 21 years of experience, Mike has 13 years dedicated to providing solutions for local government. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and has worked across diverse sectors including healthcare, military, and public service.

His certifications include C|EH (Certified Ethical Hacker), E|CSA (Certified Security Analyst), CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician), CJIS Security & Awareness Training, WatchGuard Network Security, WatchGuard Fireware Essentials, MCITP Enterprise Administrator, and MCSA (Windows 8).
