Known for her ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on support, Natossha has successfully improved workflows and developed training programs. With a BBA in Information Systems, she brings extensive expertise in IBM server systems, SQL, DB2, and SmartFusion.

With over 40 years of experience supporting local governments in their IT operations—particularly within Finance and Payroll—Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every project. He holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
A proud native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduate of Gulfport High School, Tim’s leadership extends well beyond the workplace. A lifelong rugby enthusiast, he served as captain of the Ole Miss Rugby Football Club and founded the Mississippi Gulf Coast Rugby Football Club. Though he’s retired from play, he still enjoys catching matches of the New Orleans Gold professional rugby team.
