How to Access and Navigate the Solutions Hub
Go to the Hub Website:
Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) and visit: Solutions.na3.teamsupport.com

Getting Access

Go to the Solutions Hub Login Page - Use the link provided in your ticket to access the Hub.

Email Request

Click the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.

Enter your registered email address.

You’ll receive a password reset email from: support@harriscomputer.com with a subject line confirming your password reset for the Harris Local Government County Customer Hub.

Click the link in the email to create a new password.

Sign In
After resetting your password, you’ll be automatically redirected to the login page.
Use your updated credentials to sign in.
Navigating the Hub Homepage
Once logged in, you’ll arrive on the Hub Homepage — your main control center for managing support and resources. This will be divided into sections for quick access:
