Law Enforcement Records Management

CAI’s ARTS Records Management system enables law enforcement agencies to efficiently manage, track, and report critical records. From arrests and warrants to incidents and citations, the system automates record collection and connects related data for fast, accurate access.

Information is entered into the system only once, ensuring data consistency and eliminating duplicate records. As information is added—such as arrests, bookings, or other law enforcement contacts—the system automatically links each record to the appropriate name file. This relational structure allows users to view all records associated with a person or entity at a glance.

With just a click, users can access complete histories, view related records, and identify active warrants or alerts. Historical address and contact information are updated automatically, and relationships such as family members or associates are easily maintained through the main name file. A built-in “Move” function simplifies records management by allowing authorized users to combine or transfer records between legal names as needed.
